What I'm having right now is something that I had just a few months ago, i.e. last year. Somewhere in Term 3. Where everything just come looking for me and I have no time for myself. Maybe if I had high metabolism rate like Eugene, I could have had a much easier time. The thing is, I get tired easily. And when I get tired, I will have no mood to work. Sometimes I just push on, but really, I know the limit, I will fall sick for sure if I go over the limit. Example? SBF.

Well, after SBF, realised that missing lessons in Year 3 or should I say, Year 3 onwards is really not fun. So far I've just been able to catch up with all my work, I just need more brushing up on Math and study more into details for the other subject lectures.

But studies for now, put that aside and I shall blog about the stuff I have other than studies. I'm not complaining down here but my brain is kind of getting overloaded. I just can't, totally put something aside, even if I'm only indirectly involved/in-charged in it. Let me draw an example, well, for the Charity Concert. It's still on my mind right now, thinking when to have the concert and all those stuff when it's already, not my business. Well I still have to chase after Joanne and remind her of deadlines but look, it's no longer under me for planning. I just have to look at what she has in mind and refine the plan. I'm over concerned in things. I need to change that to make my own life easier.

Next, MA. Music Week idea throwing so far had been VERY interesting I say. x) I shan't reveal any ideas now in case it is not granted or simply, just not to spoil the fun =P And see, I'm still thinking of it, although it's kind of, not my direct business yet though I'm contributing ideas.

Council. Well council had been working pretty well. Something tells me that I'm going to enjoy working in the council, or at least, for the most parts of it. It is after you get a whole bunch of unenthu people or people who simply don't help/participate that you really appreciate active members under you. Not pin-pointing here but it that was just a case from last year, this year, it has improved. Hope my life is easier this year. SLI stuff had been going pretty well, shall just check up the puzzle prices and stuff =)

cheMagic. Well. Chemistry Demo/Show at NUS on 7th March. What. The. Hell. Yes it is fun, yes it is good experience, yes I like it because it sounds pro BUT hey, 7th March O.O that means alot of things...are going together at the same time again. And that always means, I need to do early mugging for common tests. =.=

Gah.

Those are just the random studies stuff and some non acad school stuff. Looking some non acad personal stuff, well, it came at the wrong time. Totally wrong. Not when I need to concentrate, focus and go full speed ahead. Well hey I can just dao that right but gah =.=

Anyway.

Mrs Chui's visiting tmr had been postponed, will not be going for Josephine's BBQ Party since I will need that time slot for council proposal compilation. And also, on Sunday (which I just realised) is 1st Feb and I will need to go for the Hostel Orientation.

And lastly, the CCA Welcome Party.

Today's welcome party, although not exactly perfect, was not bad =) With 8 Extra Large 14" Pizzas from Canadian Pizza and juices to go with. Got the students' instruments settled as well and at the last 1.5hour, each section got started with their trainings. Great!

Well...is the President again. Shall see how it goes.

Hmmm. Shall talk about one last thing..just some personal thoughts.

I really really hope that I'm staying in the hostel now. No it's not that reason you're thinking of now. It's that. I really think, getting from School to Tampines and back the next morning is really tedious. Even if I had my dad fetching and sending, it's still really, annoying to spend 10-15 minutes waiting for Dad to arrive and that time, I can happily use it to rest on the bed or shower if I stay in the hostel since I'm not really the kind of who can work immediately after a day of lessons when I'm super tired. Also, because of the amount of work, I usually stay up until 11.30 or later. If I stayed in Hostel, I can have happily wake up 7.15am in the morning, skipping breakfast because I can eat later on during recess. Yes you might be complaining that I'm so unappreciative of what my Dad does and of him sending/fetching. No I appreciate that, it just that, I think I could be better off in the hostel.

More reasons? Well look, at home, you've got all stuff to attend to or rather, all the distractions. Like your parents nagging at you for not studying because they didn't know that you studied in school, some random TV show that just get you switching off your work mode, the nice big sofa in the living room to rest on when you just get back, and other stuff. (Okay maybe those are just me being someone lazy and someone who naturally needs a lot of rest). If I were in hostel, I can happily isolate myself for the time when I need to get down to serious work and go around slacking with friends from next door in the hostel or something when I can relax. Most importantly, as I mentioned, I get to concentrate. It's just shuffling between, school, hostel, school and back. And they are both so near.

Well...that's the good stuff I see in staying in hostel, since I haven't stay there before, I shan't continue talking about it here before some hostel person come smacking me for not appreciating my luck to be able to stay at home.

OH AND, I'm going to dedicate my Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 12.30 - 5pm for school work ONLY. (Exceptions are mass/exco meetings from SL Boards) That will mean, I will do the same as what I did to kope with my work back in Year 2 when I was busy. That worked out well. =P

Well, I've got quite a bit of work to do, and I'm very behind for Math Tutorials due to the Sci Buskers Fest and the CNY Concert Rehearsals that ended realllyy late. =/

Well, I guess this year's CNY is kinda different from the previous years' cos my grandparents are in Singapore to celebrate with us. =) Yesterday's 春晚 was pretty good, funny xD I'm totally in love with Crosstalks now. Hahaha.

Anyway, today my family went out to Meritus Hotel to eat at Chatterbox for their Hai Nan Chicken Rice, sent my Mum to her friend's house and then came back home. Didn't really do much. Ting called me to tell me there's a solar eclipse and I went to stare at the sun without sunglasses T_T my eyes hurts.

Will be going out with YuanHan, Soh Jie, Meifang, Nicole, Charmaine and maybe Kiona tomorrow to drop by people's houses to Bai Nian xD

That only mean...I need to chiong homework now! Eeeesh. Why can't the teachers stop themselves from giving homework during the CNY Holidays since we need time to go around visiting and stuff =P Haha, random comment.

Yoyoyo people! HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! =D

Well yesterday was the CNY celebration in school, the preparation totally tired me out. Had been staying up till 7pm in school. The skit was in the end scrapped but it's okay, got to know new people and had fun xD Moooo!

CNY concert rehearsal was quite...screwed up but the concert itself ended up not bad. I LOVE THE CROSSTALK PERFORMANCE! It was so funny. xD Hong Hua! Lv Ye! =D

Anyway, after the concert, Nicole, Kiona, Charmaine, Fang Fang and I met outside the Audi, thinking of where to go. Met Longlong, Xiang Xiang and Ranran and they said they're going to Vivo so decided to go Vivo with them. On the way to the bus stop Fang Fang decided to come my house and in the end the girls came my house. o.O So sudden! Met Jie Jie at commonwealth MRT and he came over too.

At my house, we played with cookie. xD Played Wii, ate instant noodles and at 2.30pm, we walked over to Century Square to meet Longlong, Xiang Xiang and Ranran. LOL. We wanted to go Sakae Sushi to eat buffet but many of us were not hungry so we wated the 3pm Bride's War Movie. There wasn't much of a plot but the details and the emotions were quite good. =)

After that, we went to Food Court and a few of them ate lunch/dinner. Then we went up to Hagen Daz to have ice cream. Nicole and Kiona got free ice cream with the vouchers and the rest of us ordered Foundae =D It was. NICE! And had fun. hahaha. Had a camera fight with Ranran o.O Lol.

Okay well, we learnt quite a lot from the process, especially when Team Metathesis is relatively very young. This is the first time we "busked" outside, first stage show, and first many things. Busking Round was pretty fun and learnt many things to take note of in future cheMagic exhibition/booth/street presentations/shows and so on. The whole thing was pretty pleasant except for the Youtube part and well, the scheduling for the festival.

Anyway, it's over and we came in third =)
Well what to do with the prize money is still undecided, maybe donate to chem dept, maybe split up, maybe keep as cheMagic funds. I don't know. For the contract, well it seems cool but means more work o.O

Okay now that this thing is over, I owe the teachers a lot of things, needs to catch up even more things.

• MATH TUTORIALS!!
• A lot of things to catch up for Math, missed three whole entire math lessons for goodness sake!
• Chemistry needs to catch up 1 lesson
• Physics needs to catch up 1 lesson (Mr Tien was saying it was VERY impt, die)

Anyways, now I just woke up, shall go shower, eat and come back to chiong. Then bring Cookie for grooming at 3.30pm. I shall bring homework along since I don't know how long will the professionals take to groom a puppy that has never been properly and entirely groomed before.

Just done with all the things needed to use/bring for orientation tmr. 23 messages, print 14 copies of lyrics. And stuff. Too tired to type more. Shall blog another day.


Despite the title, i shall post a little about the first day of school in 2009.

My class is crazy and hyper. XD It's well, except for the skit part, pretty good. :D I'm starting to like m09305! =D

The most epic part of the day is when we were playing Dare or Dare. What a game man. Hahaha. We did all sorts of really crazy things and laughed like no one's business XD First it was disturbing a class (I forgot which) many many times until the class banned us from going to them to do a dare. Hahahah. Btw we were camping at the area outside the class in Level 4 for the game. Then we start to target another class. LOL.

When it was my dare, the really qian bian Su Hang asked me to take the mop and go "Woo Gah Hah Gah. Woo Gah Hah Gah" =.= Su Hang be prepared to be attacked by me some day for this. And the worst part is, the whole 304 for some reason were out and on level 5 looking down at us. =.= I did it and Glen was like, "CANNOT HEAR!" and I had to do again =.= But luckily, some really hyper new guys in my class were going crazy and I made them do the dare with me x) Laughed like really really mad. Then there's this new guy from China, Chen Wei, need to do a dare. We made him sang "Dui Mian De Nu Hai Kan Guo Lai" with the mop as the guitar to Jiamin. LOL XD. And he really did, literally, with full actions and super loud voice. =DDD

It's just epic man. We were the most hyper class in the entire Year 3 during the games session x)

After the games, it was just really hard to get them discussing about the performance =/ Any 305 people reading this, PLEASE COOPERATE WITH ME and make my life easier. =)


Oh today. COOKIE'S VACCINATION DAY!

Anyway, I reached Pet Safari 30mins earlier to get a leash and a harness for Cookie so I can take him on walks one week later! :D

And oh, Cookie's ears are found to be infected by Yeast. It's an yeast infection. Oh well. Blame me for not knowing how to clean his ears properly. =/ And there was this owner, who owns TWO shih tzus, told me a lot of things about Shih Tzus. Teeth cleaning, eye drops, eye wipes, and everything. Joanne says they really don't need this much but our dogs are of different species. I really need to consult a vet about this. And well, realised my dog is really in need of an urgent grooming. FULL grooming. Paw furs, ear furs, nails and everything. Gah.

Grooming Appointment: 2pm 11th Jan 2009.
Thank me for forgetting I will be at the Science Centre that time. =.=
I need to call for reschedule. Anyone has Simei Pet Safari's grooming number?

Reminder to self: Check with vet if Cookie need a vaccine against heartworms.
