Hmm.

I just had my physics test in first period today. It's quite easy. yay! :D Then I got another full mark for Math Quiz. yayness. But i'm quite worried about the next quiz cause it will be on congruency and similarity, which is a totally new topic. Must work hard. :)

Will be having Chem Practical Test tomorrow. Aw, I must go through the procedure a few times in case I miss any part and need to do the whole experiment all over again tomorrow during the test! x) Pray hard that it wont happen!

Hm, tomorrow's CCA will be a rehearsal for the CNY performance. It's until 6:30 so I will be missing my piano lesson again. But yayness, Liu Laoshi got new instruments and music stands for us! :DDD



Blah, I got a feeling that the problem wasn't over yet. When can it be over...? :(

We just got our AMC8 certificates, mine is pathetic participation, cause I was not taking the paper seriously. haha. x) But Yankang they all get like, first, second, third place that kind of thing. blah, i shall try to get it too! haha :D

We are all bored. I finished my Math assignment long time ago already. aw.

Aw man.

I screwed my bio quiz on tuesday. again! (yes, AGAIN.). Why am I never able to do well for a bio quiz? :( (Crys). I'm not looking forward to next week when I will get back the pathetic quiz.

And there's a physics test tmr. (yar TEST) vivian said it's easy. but there's alot of graphs. I don't understand the graphs! I have to figure it out, right after I finish writing this post.

AND, a chem prac test on friday. but actually it's okay. Titration's quite easy. :)

Today's FPS was super fun, although I tried to sleep in between presentations. hahaha, (there's problem with the projection so they took quite long.) The presentations from some classes are like, super funny! Genetic engineering to change gender in a few minutes? like, wow! :D

Okay okay, i better go and study now, later i screw the physics test I will cry man! :(

Today's a sian day. Every single monday has been one.

After mentoring at 8.15am, i have a three hour break until 11.15am. How nice! I almost died of boredom! What can I do in the 3 hours when it was just weekend the day before and I finished doing like, almost everything. :(

Then I had 45 mins of History, and then ANOTHER 45mins of break, then followed by 45 mins of Math (which has always been the best lesson on Monday!), and another 1 hr 30 min of free period because I don't take art. But this is okay as I can do my Math hmwk. Then lastly 1hr 30 mins of Chinese.

I seem to have much more free time than lesson time on monday. :(

Well, had my Math Quiz 2 today. The questions are quite okay, not very hard. Hope for another full mark! =)

Hmm, ohyah, passed the Ripcurl pencil case to Hansiang today, which was his belated birthday present. hahaha. I owe him one. And he didnt believe that I will actually go and buy when he said he want the Ripcurl pencil case as the present. Ah, well, I can be trusted can? I agreed to buy present. ;D

Anyway anyway, got to go and study some bio, in case Ms Feng give us a pop quiz tomorrow! (Bio modules always have pop quizzes!) :(

Went out with Amanda, Krystal, Huimin, Chris, Semi, Ziyi and Amanda's Pri Sch friend (Sarah) just now for Amanda's birthday. It's actually on the 28th Jan but she celebrated in Advance cause that day is a Monday! x)

Amanda's father treated us to Swensens and I had Salmon Pesto! :D it's nice. :) Then we went to take neoprint and headed to the arcarde next. Played quite a number, car races, basketball, crazy taxi, para para, and some other random game. :D

Well, suppose to buy HanSiang's belated present today but I didn't find any ripcurl things in White Sands. Blah, if I go out tomorrow, I will try to buy tomorrow but if I don't, he has to wait. too bad! :D haha!

I felt quite depressed today because I didn't actually study anything today when there's a Math Quiz on monday, a physics test (for distinguishing) on Thursday and a Chem Prac test on Friday! Ohmygod! What if I do badly? :( I worried the most for the physics test, Ms Lim said that it's hard and when some teachers saw it, they said, "are you sure the year 2s can do such questions?" ohmy, like, what if I actually fail it? T.T I once got a D for Physics Test in Year 1 Sem 1. That was my once and only and the lowest physics result I've ever got! I don't want another of such a result, or any grades near that man! :(


Heyy!

I went to decorate the board in the C.O room today. After some decoration, it's looks quite nice and kinda okay. :D The C.O title made by Jiayi and Shermaine is super nice, very cute also, with the yin biao from hanyupinyin! :D

Many people came for C.O today also! Nearly all of the existing ones, ALL of the new members, and quite a few people who didn't came for CCA for the whole of last year as it was their second CCA. For the first time, the C.O room looks filled up, especially with 2 teachers in charge, 2 instructors that Dr Hang had invited to coach us and Dr Hang himself! :D

Dr Hang was extremely nice today. He talked to us about all the problems we have and he covered all the problems that I wanted to talk to him about. All the old instruments, small room, soundproof room.... :D He even offered to hire one instructor for each independent instrument! ohmygod! School's so rich actually! :D He said that he will get all the basic facilities that we need to make C.O stronger and we ourselves have to buck up and the best is that all of us need to have at least a grade 4 in our instruments! ohmygooood, it's like, I have 2 instruments! :( but nevermind, as long as he keep his promise and do what he said today, I will work for the grade 4! yay! ( for those in dizi team, i know my dizi skill is like...yar. but can practise mah!) x)

Hmm, today's C.O time was really fun and the new instructors are nice! The Xi Yang Yang sounds so super nice, especially with the "tick-tock" from Mu Yu, super cute la! :D I wanted to exchange instrument with Vivian! hahaha. I had fun playing around, or also bullying people! hehe. (evil laughs). QC was saying my slogan for student council will be like, "Vote SC for SC." if i ever tries to go for coucil election. eh, weird but cool okay? hahaha! :D Like, SC is suppose to be in SC. LOL. (ah, ego, sorry! getting abit too high. muahaha!) Then I had a fun time playing around with Greg's handbook. HS was kinda enthu today, actually I think he should get into the council, he may not be good at some things but i think he's good towards such council kind of things. (HS, agree??) AND MATTHEW GREW! but but, HS is like 179cm! ohmygod! He's only 2 mths and 8 days older than me! Ting^2 was high, she was bullying people with her finger protection or whatever thing for the Pipa! :D ohyah yah, the 华乐 logo xinran made for the door is super nice. :D

Anyway, I just got back home after going to TWO populars. I was trying to get the big red coloured papers for the board in CO room, but I could only find 7 of them in the Tampines Popular, then I have to rush to the Marine Parade popular before it closes. -.- Whatever, at least i got the things i want and I feel happy. hahaha.

Oh, I got the C.O board outside the C.O room done with the help from Nicole, Kiona, Charmaine and Gerry. You guys rock! yayness! :D although it's not fantastically done but at least it's done and I only have to put the Chinese Orchestra title up the board tomorrow! :D

Okay, have to go and get my physics practical worksheet done. It's due tomorrow! :(


OHMY, i finally got my English essay done, it seems more like a final piece than a draft. I can't believe I took 2 and a half hours to write this essay. I think it's the editing that took me 1 hour. Looking through for grammar mistakes and reducing the number of words from 900+ to 700! how hard is that! The English Dept shouldn't have gave a word limit. x)

Guess what, I still have to two reports for biology assignment and each of them has to be at least a thousand words! :( Maybe I shall leave them for the weekends, or tomorrow, if I don't receive new Math assignments. Ms Feng limited it to 1500 words, but I don't even think I can write that much, until it exceeds 1500. It's like, I took around 9 hours in total to finish a 2200 words report for geography last year and that was with information provided.

Or maybe, surprisingly, the reproduction method is so unique that I can really write? hmm..

Okay, now I have to revise some physics and continue with my design for 华乐. blah.


Blah, i'm feeling super sleepy but I have to get this English draft done by today so I can actually start revising my Physics for the test next week. arh! I have to put in all my effort for everything. be a perfectionist man. So I can achieve my goal of cap 4.5 by the end of year 2. Argh, I know its easy to say but hard to do. shall just try..

I'm quite exhausted from the C.O things these few days, or rather since Saturday. I went to the t-shirt printing shop directly after the CIP last saturday to check out the prices and sizes. On monday, I went to order the shirts and reached home at around, 8pm? Then tuesday I stayed after school to do decoration. Okay, it isn't alot after listing them but they can be tiring, especially after having PE lesson first thing in the morning on tuesday. Just now, I went to Art Friend to get some materials for C.O board decoration.

I'm really not sure how to get C.O strong and get good facilities for C.O and I sometimes really wonder how to be a good cca leader, esp when I'm a Year 2. well...

But anyway, today we had the bonding session with the 107s. It was rather fun, hahaha, we were playing Polar Bear. =) and we had a good time introducing ourselves.

Then comes the FPS. Actually I think FPS is more fun than IP man! at least we don't have to think hard and come up with some new inventions that we can actually make. We did presentation for FPS and I realised that I was more comfortable with presentations as compared to last time. hahaha.


Some things just got me thinking these days.

I somehow concluded that I'm actually a person who really don't treasure things and I always do things without thinking of the outcomes. I'm just like, doing whatever I thought at that split moment. Somehow, I've to change this habit, it's getting situations worse when there's a problem and i'm hurting people by doing that somtimes, although I didnt mean it.

Maybe I was too used to having that group of super close friends from primary school whom we talk like no one's business, I don't have to watch my words and language when I'm talking to them because we've been friends so long that, we can even laugh when we insulted each other. x)

Well, it seems that when I have the best things in the world, I don't treasure it and I only knows how much it means to me when I've lost it. But it's too late, no matter how much i've regretted it.

It's just like, I have this concept deep in mind, "once mine, always mine." which is super not true when it comes to certain things.


Yayness, I love my new timetable! :D I can go home no later than 4:30 for all 5 weekdays! lalala! Wednesday is the best of all, 2.30! As for the previous timetable they sent us, I go home at 4.30 like everyday except wednesday. And this one is as early as 3pm (except wed) :)

Hm, I'm doing my Chem homework, just trying to slack in between so I'm blogging now. :) I don't like the chem homework! They gave dozens of calculations to do and it is the first piece of work! :( sadness.

Thank god that this Chem module now is actually a practical module, so I don't really have anything to study for it. Other than reading the procedure before hand? This means that I have more time for memorising/revising physics, bio, history, math. :) blah.

Oh yah, CCA's starting this coming friday. Kind of looking forward to it so I know how many and who are joining CO. :)

Okay, anyway, I'm at home now and i'm playing the sims 2 and talking to Zuxin online! HAHAHA. Zuxin is super funny. :D potatoes! white potatoes! I can't believe a year 5 will have such funny conversations! wahahahahaha.


HELLO! :D

today's the first lesson day of 2008 in NUSHS and it kinda slack. :D I had like at least 45 minutes of break in between every single lesson due to some modules which is in the middle of the timetable and I don't take those modules.

I had physics as the starter of 2008 lessons :D yay, one of my favourite subjects. However, the part is that after the first physics, I had a 1.5hr break due to Art and then physics again. And after a total of 1.5hrs of physics, Ms Lim ended the lesson with a pop quiz! Wowness, a quiz on the first day of lessons! How nice. It's not like something that I've learnt before but it's a brand new topic, vibrations and waves. Thank god that I was really paying attention during that class and the quiz was kinda simple and most importantly, there wasn't calculation questions! (I didn't bring my graphing calculator!) HAHA! :D lucky me.

Next I had Math, Mr Lee's class was SO FUNNY! He asked us to stand striaght but Shao Xiong was purposely bending forward, to the extent that "PANG!" his OPENED water bottle dropped and all the water flowed out! :D hahaha! Then there's some other things la, I can't remember so many. Oh and, we are doing Geometry for Math now. I realised that IT in Math is super useful, like Mr Lee talked about Pythagoras Theorem and I did that for IT in Math last year. Maybe that's the use of elective modules? I'm now set on taking "Beyond foundation physics" elective module next sem, haha! :D

Then we had Chinese as the last lesson. :)

Today was kinda alright and I'm having a full lesson day tmr with only recess and lunch as breaks until 4.30pm! Worst of all, PE. I dun like PE! I really really don't like PE! :(

Oh I practiced dizi just now. I can finally play Jin She Kuang Wu. yayness! :D i know that song's kinda simple but still. hahaha. I was trying to know the Xi Yang Yang also but all the notes sound so weird with me playing them except for like the first 8 bars? hahaha! Must pester Gregory to teach me next friday. :D

Not much happened today, I was at home playing "The Sims 2" until around 4.30pm when I went to my mother's student house to see her kitten. That student's mum bought her a kitten for her birthday.

It's really really really tiny! :D EXTREMELY CUTE!
but, its like, really soft. x)

Next, we went around Tampines to look at houses (we are moving soon in June) before deciding which to buy. I really LOVE the Blk146-149 flats near the Tampines shopping centre. They have many facilities there! Like for example, its really near bus-stops and bus interchanges, there's an MRT station there, Tampines library is quite close, there's a basketball court!, a badmiton court(WITH nets!), a playground, a fitness corner and a mini park (where I can walk my dog next time! Most importantly, there's a SHOPPING CENTRE!

Hehes, nice right? And the flat is those which 2 stories in one unit (not sure what's that kind of houses called). :D

My parents have not decided on this one yet but I think they probably will. hahas :D

Orientation these days are quite boring. It had been talks all the way (which is the same every year) except for mass dance ( that is nicer than last year's :D ) and CCA Fair which was quite fun for me. hahaha.

The Year Twos went to URA Centre followed by the Kent Ridge Park for tour yesterday as part of the orientation days. Surprsingly, the URA Centre is just opposite OB Music and I didn't know it until yesterday although I'm going to OB every friday. :D How I wish that school ends at URA Centre yesterday so I don't have go take train from Clementi to OB again yesterday for piano. x)

Yesterday's Pop Piano was pretty good. I was the only one who attended yesterday! It's like an One to One piano lesson. haha!
