HELLO! (:

hahas. today, Chinese Orchestra put up a GREAT performance! We did a 99% perfect piece WITHOUT the conductor. It was amazingly successful! =D

The whole programme was very smooth. (OF COURSE! WE SPEND SO MUCH TIME REHEARSING!) hahas. I simply love the special stage effects the school has prepared. Its indeed a surprise! After so many times of rehearsing, we never knew that there's such special effects prepared! hahas.

The speeches given by the ministers, profs were meaningful. :) Although its kind of boring when it gets too lengthy. hahas.

So many funny things happened today. LOL.
By the way, I shall take this oppotunity to say that the school should really choose their cameramen strictly next time. For those who were in the hall today, you know what I am talking about. Something really unpleasant happened. Yup. Although I am not in the hall, but people told me.

Welll....I hate the rain. I was drenched by the rain on my way to school from Clementi Centre. haiiisss........I forgot to bring umbrella again.YES, AGAIN.

Hmm...I am super tired. Got to go and sleep! bye~

Chinese Orchestra Rehearsal yesterday was super long... from 1pm to 7:30pm. hahas. Its just as normal as any other rehearsals that we had the last time.hmm. yup.





HOWEVER, yesterday's was the funnest of all! haha. We had a mini Chinese Orchestra outing! haha. 7 of us went to Clementi Macdonald during the 1 and a half hour dinner break. Me, Gregory, Qian Cheng, Vivian, Vivien, TingTing and another year 5. (: When we were about to leave school, Gregory keep insisting that we take the Horfan before going to Mac. What for do we take the Horfan when we are going to Mac to eat?! hahas. In the end 6 against 1, we did not take the Horfan. ahahas!





The year 5 senior's slippers has a hole at the bottom. Awww....





We toke bus 96 to go there. When we enter the MacDonald, we realise almost everybody was staring at us. Imagine one whole group of people in black suddenly enter the mac. haha! We took a long table, and a waiter eventually came to take orders. hahas! Then, the year 5 senior did not want to take anything, but the waiter took the wrong numberand eventually we got an extra set of meal. hahas. He went to return the meal and Gregory was so crazy yesterday that he insist that the year 5 senior had to return the extra straw too, as it is part of the meal! WAHAHAHAHA! okay, maybe its not funny when u read this but in the actual situation its super funny. hahas.





Then we joked and chatted like crazy in the Mac. haha! After we eat, we walked back to school from Clementi Centre. On our journey back, it was super funny too! Vivien and I took a picture of the 3 seniors! haha.

It was crazy yesterday, VERY.

When we were about to reach school, there is this dustbin there outside schoo, Gregory wanted to throw his half eaten ice cream so he actually aimed his ice cream at the dustbin, planning to throw it in! LOL!

There he threw.

(Vivien threw a piece of tissue paper into the dustbin.)

The ice cream did not go into the dustbin and it hit the brim of the dustbin.

Guess what?

Ice cream SPLASH and fly everywhere.

Vivien's shirt has ice cream. LOL!

what an exciting part. hahas!

Ohmygod. this is super tiring. i stronly ultra agree with Joanne that 24 hours is SERIOUSLY not enough. I want 48 hours a day....

I simply hope that human requires less minimum sleep time. hais. For last wednesday, friday, this thursday, today... I had been having rehearsals for speech day all the way until the earliest 6pm and I still had to go home to Bedok from Clememti. Its worse if there's quizzes,tests or exams on the next day.

I had been sleeping at 1am for two weeks continuously. At first, it makes no big difference, however, after a long period, its making me feeling real tired even during class sometimes. I am not here saying that I hate rehearsals but its just that its SUPER tiring. For no specific reason as I didnt really do that much during the rehearsals. I can frankly say that we are slacking. haha.

Today's rehearsal ended at 7pm again. oh WOW. The rehearsals made me misses ANOTHER pop piano at OB. how sad. ): The piece of bad news is that we had to wear all black for speech day. Black long sleeve shirt with collar, black long pants and black shoes. They must be formal, meaning that no track pants are allowed. hais.

Tomorrow will be even more tiring. I need to go back school by 12:30pm for rehearsal that starts at 1pm and its lasts for 8 hours, meaning it will be ending at 9pm. what a GREEEAAT timing is that. It "rocks". yup, frankly, horrible. So important that it has to last for 8 hours.

Seriously, I think that the school shouldn't do this to us. I know the speech day is real important but they are making the students really tired. Esp for those who live very far like me. ):

Okay...Let's talk about something ELSE.

HEEHE. a great news! TODAY i saw Yuyang from Campus Superstar on the bus. He was sitting directly opposite me. hehe!!!


Seriously, I can't belive I survived through this week.

This week is really tiring! There's so MANY tests and exams, like what I mentioned in the previous post.

On Tuesday, there's History, yup. Eventually, I was so afraid that I will forget all the facts that on Monday, I studied all the way up to 1am despite the fact that I swam during PE and I am super exhausted already. Tuesday was still fine. I had not slept at 1am before. I can still take it. I did fine for the history test, maybe not as fine very still quite okay. =D

On Tuesday night, I actually studied Chemistry up to 1am again for the Common Test the next day. In fact, I don't have to study up to so late. I was just terribly freaked by the Biology Common Test which I think I really did not do well for, hence, I decided to do well for Chemistry this time round. Eventually, I went through the Chem notes given by Dr Ng for 4 times, my own practicals 2 times, Han Siang's year 1 notes 3 times and his practicals + worksheets 2 times. hahas. This is tiring, BUT, I think I did WELL for Chem this time! yay! haha

SO, for the Physics Test on Thursday, again I studied up to 1am for it.
This time I am not that Lucky, I think I just did average for it. Hmm....hais. I HAVE to find a way to improve my phyiscs some how. Its really not very good. ):

On Friday, there isn't any tests or exams. However, I stayed up to 1am on Thursday to rearrange the files and pictures whatever in my laptop. *SIGH*

Hmm, on Friday itself, I have a rehearsal for speech day, yes, another one. This time round, its held in the Auditorium and there's air con. (: hahas. We did the whole thing two times. Although all I have to do is to play the sheng and di zi for the Chinese Orchestra for lin zhong ye hui and NUS High School Song respectively, its so very very VERY tiring! I was really exhausted. In fact, I almost fell asleep while I was sitting on the chair in front of the sheng and waiting for our turn to come. That night, I was really tired. I slept at 9pm. Real early.

It was only during friday's rehearsal that I realise how precious the di mo is for the di zi to sound nice. For those who are playing the di zi, you ought to know what di mo is, its a membrane which you use to cover one of the holes in order for the di zi to produce sound. I also realised how different the di zi sound when its covered with di mo and when its covered with scotch tape. =P. The di zi sounds....not say horrible, but not as nice compared to when its covered with di mo.

ACTUALLY, I was able to bring home a di zi with DI MO but that Matthew eventually pressed the di mo too hard and it spoiled! ARGH. then, Han Siang refused to put a di mo for me. ): hahas. HAIS. We were saying that Matthew will only realise how precious the di mo is when he got one on his own di zi.

Qian Cheng and I went like , " AHHHHH! aiyah........." when Matthew broke the di mo. ): hahas.

Okay, there's this part that was really funny during the rehearsal.

I went to the toilet.
I went back to the Audi after that and realised CO has to play the School Song soon,
I went back out of the audi to find Matthew and Qian Cheng to call them back.
They say later, so I went back to the Audi again.
I realise they have already started playing the school song.
I went like " AHH! OHSHIT!" and ran out.
I told the two of them what happend. they say nevermind.
They we eventually hid outside. LOL!

hmm.....BECAUSE OF THE REHEARSAL, I missed my lesson at Hai Die. It starts at 6pm but my rehearsal ends at 6:15pm ):


I hope I can survive through next week.

It will be a VERY busy week. There's Math Quiz, History Test, Chemistry Common Test, Physics Test, English Writing Quiz, my English Project is also due next week!

There's so much things to study. Furthermore, Physics test next week will be a closed book, which means I cant write answers to common asked questions in the file. hais. I have to MEMORISE them when there's already alot of things to memorise. The only good thing now is that I will memorised history topic 3 very well. All I have to do for history test is to memorise topic 8 for the essay. For Topic 3, I simply had to look through to refresh my memory.

CHEMISTRY! aww. well, My chemistry is not that good although I don't find chemistry VERY hard. I thought Biology is much harder. I intend to major in Biology at first before school starts and now...I don't think I want to major in Biology any more. I will take Chemistry instead. hahas. There's not much of memorising for chemistry.. (i think so)

PHYSICS. ohmygod. hais. its an ohmygod module for me. and my teacher is kind of ohmygod also. I don't understand her lesson. I have to do all the self learning. I just cant understand why I cant score for physics. My answers are 85% all correct. Roughly about there. But I only got 23.5/30, although there's the highest in class. (this is the first time ever I got so high for physics assignment, I usually just pass). Marks are deducted so easily. here half mark, there half mark. hais ):

Seriously, I am slacking now. I took 2 hours for a biology assignment when I only needed one hour the most. hais. I am seriously slacking. I cant concentrate on whatever I am doing this week, for whatever reason which I have no idea what it is. I hope I can concentrate.

Hmm. Tell myself! I can concentrate! Bye people, I need to go and study chemistry now.
Later tonight or tomorrow I have to go to Popular to buy a super thin (the thinnest one I can get) clear folder for my Sheng (instrument). The score holder for sheng is so super thin that my file for scores will drop off. AND the score for the next song consistes of 4 pages, unlike the others which have only 2 pages and I can clip them onto the holder without a file. hahas.

Chinese Orchestra today was fine...I played quite well for the first time we practice but I don't know what happened to me and I've got the wrong beat and worse of all, the wrong key for the next 3 orchstra practices. OHMYGOD. I'm so sad! I thought I was able to play it well already! hais...more practices needed. I don't know why, I wasn't quite able to concentrate today. Neither could I during biology lesson. ): I don't hope this to happen again. hais. CONCENTRATE! (:

I've got a new score for the performance after speech day's performance..hahas. Its super fast! For those from NUSHS, remember the song Gregory and Han Siang played for the CNY Concert opening? Yar. that one. SUPER FAST. I think I will have a hard time mastering it.

Hmm. next on, I just want to blog about some very funny conversations between my friends. hahaha!

On Monday, when we were in the Swimming Complex,

Meifang said to herself, "I am so proud of my figure"
Michelle stared at her and repliedl, "YOUR FIGURE??!! its a STICK figure!"

LOL!

AND today, Qian Chen (i duno how to spell his name) asked gregory, " How do you played the Qing Ting Dian Shui?" (Qing Ting Dian Shui he's talking about here is not the idiom, its a skill for playing flutes)

Gregory, " huh? orh, is it like that?" (He then demos)

Han Siang come saying, " HUH? what's Qing Ting Dian Shui?" (he's asking about what's the skill called Qing Ting Dian Shui.)

However...Qian Chen thought he was asking about the idiom.

He then said to Han Siang, " Your chinese SUCKS."

HAHAHA! Gregory and I then bursted into laughter. LOL!

HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S DAY!

I manage to fool so many people today! LOL! Let's do some counting... I fooled Han Siang, Gregory, Janice, Joanna, Joanne, Joy, Meifang, Hui Shi..... WAHAHAHAHAHA! Hui Kang tried to trick me but he FAILED. =D

For Joy, Han Siang, Meifang and Hui Shi, I told them that there will be a pop quiz tomorrow and its VERY hard, my friend cant even finish half the paper! LOL!

For Gregory, I told him that his quiz on thursday is brought forward to tomorrow and its SUPER hard! hahaha!
and you know what? he did not even know he got a quiz on thursday. mygod.

For Joanne, Joanna and Janice, I told them that I saw JJ at macdonald and I took a picture with him and I got his autograph. The funniest one if Joanne. She actually asked me to say hi to JJ for her and blah blah..!! hahahas. (actually she's just playing along larh, she knows im saying that for april fool's =D)

Today is such a fun day despite the homework and the math tuition! :)
I hope tomorrow will be equally fun despite the swimming class. OH, I DONT LIKE TO SWIM.

AND please! DO NOT ever wait for my shower cubical! I will take SUPER long to shower. Last week, the cubical next to mine, 3 people went in and 3 people came out and im still showering! please larh..i take 10 minutes already VERY fast ok?? At home I take 30 minutes or so. =P

Tomorrow is MATH PRESENTATION (Shouts dramatically). I DONT like to present. nevermind. its called LIFE and FATE. let's all face it. ANYWAYS, its just a VERY short one... (: I will make Charmaine and Meifang to do it. I will just sit there leisurely and press the enter button =D *evil laughs*
